Frequently asked questions

When will my rice ship?
Rice ships roughly three months after you order. It is aged for two years, milled and packed in India, travels by sea and clears US customs before reaching the warehouse. You get an email with the exact ship date once your bags are packed.
Am I paying now?
Yes — you pay in full at a secure Stripe checkout. That payment locks in your bags and covers shipping to your door. Nothing else is charged later.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time before your bags ship, for any reason, and receive a full refund. Just email us.
What if shipping takes longer than three months?
If we cannot ship within the window we told you, we will email you a new date. You choose: wait, or cancel for a full refund.
What size is each bag?
Each bag contains 2 lb (907 g) of organic basmati rice.
Is my purchase a donation?
No. You are purchasing premium organic basmati rice for your home. Revenue also supports the One Million Fed mission, but there is no obligation beyond your purchase.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Email us and we will make it right. If you receive the rice and are not happy with it, we will refund you — you do not need to return the bag.
